Welcome to the Beach Life, where the Sun is bright and the Nights are wild. Your in Control! Guide these alluring Beach Bunnies as you build the ultimate Beach while surrounding with the Hottest Night Life found anywhere. It's the greatest One - Handed adventure found anywhere.

Meet the Beach Bunnies 

Player customization is the key to Beach Life Simulator, Create and Customize your own Beach Bunnies as you take back Beach Life Pier. Watch as New Night Clubs and Dance Bars flock to the Pier as you Build, Upgrade, and Restore Beach Life Pier to its former glory.

Modeled after the SIMs Game & Play experience, Players can create their own Beach Bunnies as they lounge on the sandy beaches and party the nights away walking the boardwalks, and hitting the clubs.  

The Models shown below are availalbe as character options or players can create their own Sexy Beach Bunnies. The Models below are meant to be examples of possible Bunnies.

Day and Night Game Cycles

Once the Sun sets the neon shines and the Beach Bunnies move from warm sand to the Neon Dance Floors, Quiet Pools, and Private Rooms for a little FUN. Day and Night Cycles change with the game clock or players and move time ahead manually if their itching for some one - handed gaming. 

Texts & Sexts

A main feature of the Beach Life is Texts & Sexts. Players will exchange numbers with club and beach goers alike leading to dates, dinners, booty calls, and other explicit scenarios. One example being the Lost Phone Scenario - Your character has lost her phone after a night of hard partying and must trace her steps working backwards through her conqiests from the previous night . . . what fun she'll have.

SHIPPING/FULFILLMENT

• "Beach Life Simulator" will be available as digital edition. It will contain some physical rewards for those that back those tiers. The Windows & Mac digital downloads will be emailed to backers using the email linked to your Kickstarter Account.
• We charge shipping HERE on Kickstarter with your order (Physical Reward Tiers Only)
• Our current domestic shipping rate is $10 for orders under 1 pound. We ship via USPS and will provide everyone with their tracking number in order to track their package.

• Several factors affect international shipping costs, including package weight, delivery distance, and various fees. In some cases, purchasing several add-ons may significantly increase costs beyond what we're charging you on Kickstarter.
