Current Status

Bearly Awesome is a project brought to life by the experience and talent of various developers and gaming professionals who've collaborated on other web3 gaming and blockchain projects in the past, but now work together for the first time.

We've partnered with Robot Sea Monster for game design and development and have full trust in their creative skills to realize our vision.

Why Kickstarter

We've worked on Bearly Awesome for about a year now and have the main concepts, more or less, finalized. Our collective efforts allowed us to produce 3 levels and 6 playable bearlies as you can see from the screenshots and videos we have shown on social media.

The demo is currently available for Windows and Android but our goal is to get it released for iPhone and Nintendo Switch as well, so we need time and resources to be able to port it successfully on each of the platforms. We would also like to bring Bearly Awesome to other languages in addition to those initially raised due to our limited resources.

Statement on Generative AI

Bearly Awesome is 100% human-made. We believe generative AI and the process of training generative AI models to be an unethical use of the work of creative artists and, fundamentally, a tool for the continued exploitation of hardworking and, almost uniformly, underpaid and underappreciated artists, writers, and creatives.
