Automatos-73 An immersive story driven Videogame

Due to the experience I want to give you all, I would have liked to fund this project myself and keep everything a secret up until release but as you can tell by the budget, renting an apartment with my disability isn't enough!  I've been working on this project for years now! I wanted this to be a film but the concept was so big that I decided to make a cinematic videogame!

This project should take a few years to finish, I hope to get this project out the door by end of 2027.

It's a personal story that I, and I think many others can relate to. The lack of fulfillment and self-satisfaction with your work or craft, having to set aside personal or career goals for what's required in life, and the overwhelming thought of "What am I doing?"

I very much relate to the main character of my film.  To me, this game very much feels like the opportunity Max receives. 

I've been writing and crafting this project for almost a year now, putting together my skills and talents to make something out of my life. And so far, I've found healing in what I've been able to create.

I have years of personal writing and film/content creation experience going back to my childhood, and I've picked up Unreal 5 pretty quickly over the past few years. (Thanks Epic and YouTube tutorials for making this easier for indie developers!).

The funds raised for this project will be used to purchase necessary equipment (such as mocap), location scouting, hiring an extra set of hands, and allowing more of my time to be dedicated to the development of this game. A rokoko motion capture suit will cost about $5000 if not discounted!

I want to make this a reality for me, and in turn I think many will love what I intend and envision this final project to be. And if no one else does I will! I guess at the end of the day i just want to make something that i'm proud of. Would ya'll help me make this project a reality?
