Woman's Day Sale is here to celebrate all the games made by female led studios and BITGUN for sure belongs to this list. Who is behind the game? Well, my name is Susan and I am an indie game developer. I co-founded our tiny 2-person studio called LogLog Games and my goal is to make better and better games. Enjoy BITGUN, it is our first bigger game and we are discounting it off 66% for this special occasion!

We redesigned some of the early levels to improve player experience, rebalanced the levels based on feedback and fixed small bugs.

Following user feedback we added the ability to purchase armor in the camp (and not just armor upgrades), as well as improved the visibility of spiders, which was a common complaint over the past few weeks.

This patch addresses some of the latest issues based on the feedback received. Specifically: - Previously on some resolutions (lower than 1920x1080) the game window would start off-screen. This is now fixed. - Some zombie sprites were invisible in a rare set of circumstances. This patch tries to address the issue, but it seems there's more than one problem at play, so if you're still experiencing the issue after updating please let us know. We also added a few more achievements in the endgame.

This is a small patch that fixes two of the biggest complaints we received recently, namely: - Improved zombie visibility on some backgrounds where previously they would almost completely blend into the background. - Fixes a relatively rare case where the player could get one-shot by a dashing zombie with high attack modifiers. Damage from all enemies is now also capped at 95% max health, which combined with invincibility frames should mean the player can't die in one hit. As always, if you run into any issues, please reach out to us either on Steam Discussions or on our Discord server.

We messed up in our latest update introduced issues with save files. If you ended up with a Cloud Save conflict and ended up losing your progress as a result we're truly sorry and apologize. This was a mistake on our side. This patch is a quick fix that removes the Cloud Save conflict, but we'll still need to make further changes to the save files. There should not be any more conflicts, and progress shouldn't be lost. A new patch with a full rework of the save system will come in hopefully a few days.

If you run into ANY issue or have any kind of feedback please reach out to us either on Steam Discussions, or on our Discord server. We're trying to respond to everything, but if you think we overlooked something, please reach out on our Discord server, we're open to chat about any problems you may encounter. CHANGES: - Greatly improved collisions indoors, it should now be rare that a bullet hits a wall when the player intended to shoot forward. - Improved lighting indoors, as previously the flashlight could get stuck inside a wall. This should now be impossible. - VSync is now enabled by default. - Slight improvement to zombie placement in some levels. - Main menu redesigned. - Added a new batch of zombie owners as a thank you to our early playtesters :) KNOWN ISSUES: - It seems sometimes a save slot in the leftmost position moves to the middle position. This is a very weird issue we are unable to reproduce consistently yet, but it happened to a few different people and we're investigating it. We hope to have a fix for this within a few days. - Remappable keybindings and controller support. This is something we see people requesting, and we're also looking into it. This will likely take us at least a week, maybe a bit longer. We can't promise anything yet. These are patch notes for version 1.4.1. The version you're running is displayed in the top right corner in the main menu.

This patch fixes some of the small problems that have been reported, including fixes to some colliders and zombie placement causing excessive wall clipping.

After a year of development, BITGUN is finally out. The game is developed by a 2 person studio called LogLog Games, we are actually a married couple working together and we have been working really hard to finish this game!
Our journey was not easy, we had to solve a lot of technical problems in order to achieve the possibility to have so much blood permanently staying in the levels without affecting the performance, as well as the number of zombies present at a single time.
The result is a zombie shooter which we believe is not just incredibly fun but also challenging and surprising. You should watch out not just for zombies crawling out of the ground but also for the spiders jumping at you!
Enjoy playing the game and keep in touch via our Discord or Twitter, we will gladly hear from you, no matter what is the cause. Consider also leaving a Steam review, as it would really help the game to grow - we value honesty above all else!
Thanks a lot
Zuzana from LogLog Games

Hello! To celebrate the release of the game, we are doing a live stream AMA, where you can watch the developer play and participate in our very last Zombie Lottery. Get your name into the game as one of the zombies now, because there may not be a chance like this in a long time - we want to give our early supporters the spotlight they deserve and show our appreciation! What does it mean? Your name would be assigned to a random zombie in the game. Your friends can run into you while playing (but of course they will have to kill you, or be eaten). There is also a graveyard in the game which displays a small subset of zombie names when you visit it. For current list of zombie owners (people, who have their name in the game) check out our website! See you in the live stream! Zuzana from LogLog Games

After a year of development, BITGUN is finally coming out! It will be available on the 29th of April. As part of the release day celebrations, we will be hosting a live AMA stream where you can see the game being played by the developer, ask any questions you may have, and most importantly participate in our zombie lottery! It will be the last chance to get yourself into the game as a zombie - after this, we will not be accepting new names into the game just like that (we may reopen the chance in the future, but right now it is not planned and we are happy with the zombies we already have and which will result from this event). We want to give the early supporters of the game a special place of being featured in the game! We hope you will enjoy seeing yourself or your friends as zombies while playing. See you on Friday! Happy zombie killing

Zuzana, one of the two developers of BITGUN, will play the game and comment it for the very first time. It should be a fun, casual experience and a possibility for the viewers to take a better look at this top-down pixel art zombie shooter! Ask any questions you want and if you will be lucky and participate in the lottery, you can become one of our in-game zombies! Don't forget to wishlist the game and follow us for more game updates and giveways!
