What is Classic mode
Classic mode will be a collection of mods which were in the original mobile release. These include: Multipliers, Incrementors, Incrementor Incrementors, discount modules, and finally eventually lock modules.
Will Classic mode get updates
I plan to release patches if needed and 1 update which will include the lock mod, as that has been especially difficult to implement.
What are the benefits of dedicated server?
Dedicated server will eventually be able to save player progress allowing them to login later and contunue where they left off.

Quick Summary: nothing
The past few months have seen little to no information regarding Infinite progression, but that is for a reason. There are a few features listed below that I am ecstatic to announce for version 4.0.0 coming late March.
Multiplayer
Now you can play IP with your friends or even random people. This will have multiple gameplay modes including timed mode, where you must progress as far as you can to win. There will also be a First To mode, where you have to race to get to a mod count as fast as you can.
Added a Tutorial
You can now learn to play the game. Yes, this wasnt there before.
A More Robust Scoring System
I have also been working behind the scenes to improve the system in which you unlock new modules. Now mods can act like sliders and disable the buy-next button.
A Better Community Workshop System
This kind of goes without saying as I have stated it before, but you will be able to upload mods to the workshop.
Classic Mode DLC
This will be a free DLC essentially containing the base mods. It will just be a better way of obtaining the base mods.

I am now opening a beta for the 4.0.0 update to the public, this update will mostly be bug patches, but will also include a full tutorial and a tool tip system for mods. Along with this you will also now be able to upload to the workshop again as I have finally tested and improved the upload code. I just want to start off by thanking everyone who has kept me on track for this monuments release, without you this game would still probably still be an itch exclusive, with no level editor and so on. While this is the initial release, I will still be working on IP non-stop to implement a better help system as the major downfall to IP is currently the rough learning curve for both modding and game play.

Procedural Generation
The game is formatted as a list of modules, all in a stack, These modules all interact with the ones above. Once you make 10000 currency, you can buy another module. This module will be randomly picked, yet with a seed, you can play the same sequence every time.
Never Ending
Incremental games have always had an end, whether it is because the effort to go on is impossible to put forth, or because the end is predefined, but not with this one. Every module in the base game is designed to allow you to play the game indefinitely.
High Replayability
Play the game with whatever combinations of mods you want. Mods can range from boosts to generators, and also to Plus-Mode where you can choose the next module.
Easy To Learn Modding System With A Growing API
Don't think there are enough modules in the game, just make another. With a python plugin system and a built-in mod maker, you can do anything you want. It doesn't end there, the majority of what future updates will contribute to the API of the game, making it easier to do what you would like.
