- Two more weapon slots have been added to the game. Now up to 7 weapons can be equipped.
- The 2nd and 3rd weapon slots are locked now from the start. Unlocking them costs 10 gold each now. For existing save games the weapon slots stay unlocked.
- Unlocking the new 6th and 7th weapon slot costs 100 gold each.
- Some things in the tutorial are explained a bit better and also contains unlocking of weapon slots.
- Fixed Escape, menu and back button behaviour in menus. Buttons should now behave more intuitively.
- Weapon sell list now always gets filled up the same size as the inventory. That way scrolling down with gamepad works as expected.
- Adjusted enemy health scaling, in higher levels the value increases slower now.
- 'max level size' can now be configured on game start. Mazes don't get larger than this setting - valid values are 5-20). This also limits the amount of doors.
- Weapons can now be equipped also by activating the item in the inventory first and then selecting a weapon slot in the weapons menu.
Improvements:
- weapon muzzle flash particles and projectile spawn locations have been improved
- 'right stick fire' is now disabled by default and can be enabled in the weapon set configuration (gamepad only)
- the enemy melee fighters now bounce back after an attack to give the player more space to evade
- balancing changes: received exp, health and damage scaling of enemies have been adjusted
- lost enemy trails should no longer occur.
- Fixed homing of cruise missiles. Missiles now correctly steer towards enemies again.
- Fixed a bug with Steam Cloud. Deleted save games now still remain deleted after game restart.

Happy 2025!
Things are going forwards strongly. The new ball-locks mechanism fit the game nicely and add some variety in door opening.
- New door opening mechanics. Move the ball into the locks to unlock doors.
- Some more variation for the maze background walls. The elements now spawn randomly rotated.
- Occasional shooting stars appear in the space background.
The developer shows local coop gameplay of the current beta version.
- Newly introduced map type: mazes with hexagonal grid-cells are now playable in the demo version as well.
- Generally improved maze generation to add even more variation.

Weapons can now be upgraded for gold at the work shop at the start of each level.
- shop is open! You can now buy and sell weapons. Safety checks for buying and selling have been added.

- updated skill system: when leveling-up time freezes and a skill is being selected.

- adapted colors of the enemies for easier reading
- new door open mechanism:

instead of just destroying the locks, now the correct order has to be found - fixed a bug where the resolutions of the split-screen cameras in coop did not match up

The background of the stars was changed to be a bit lighter on the hardware and now scale with the quality settings.
Bugs with collision and behaviour of enemies were fixed.
Weapons now come with different rarity and special effects. Items can be sold at the ingame workshops!
(You still cannot buy anything apart from ship repairment yet, but this will change soon.)
