Our last update inadvertently set the intercom off by default. Oops! This means new players would not have seen any character conversations, confusing them even more than we intended. It's fixed now! (This can still be toggled on and off from Settings in the Start and Pause menus)

Free Update!

Even better than a pastrami sandwich! We took some time off from developing our next game Project SR86 to give our superfans the update they deserve. We watched streams, read the forums, talked to players who had great feedback, and were amazed by all the achievements youve been collectively racking up. Today were releasing Version 1.3 with quality of life updates, bug fixes, and exciting new features. We made Laserboy more friendly for everyone, including achievement hunters and speedrunners, by letting you skip the intro cutscenes and quickly restart levels from the Pause menu. Weve also added a brand new Select Level option to the Main menu which allows you to revisit any youve already completed or view your top score ratings while chilling out to music from each one.

Laserboy: The Original Soundtrack by Lenni Revenge is out and free. It includes 10 digitally remastered original tracks from the game including a new exclusive track and the radio edit of Eye of the Storm with vocals by German pop superstar Lenni Revenge.

Bug fixes!

• Fixed: Game not remembering the Intercom toggle setting.
• Fixed: Achievements Logans Run and Like You Found it weren't always unlocking.
• Fixed: Glorbo Welcomes unlocking when not expected to.
• Fixed: Game state not saving when quitting to the main menu.
• Plus many smaller bugs and nuisances were squashed.

GLORBO WELCOMES our brand new CHALLENGE UPDATE! We've been hard at work making Laserboy even more fun, competitive, and rewarding with a big update that adds some of our most requested features. Of course, this update is also COMPLETELY FREE. Speedrunners and badge hunters rejoice as this update brings a whole bunch of new in-game challenges as well as options like turning off story dialogue and visual glitching allowing you to focus on moving fast and unlocking those Achievements.

Update highlights

• Speedrun Mode: Focus on the need for speed by turning off all dialogue. Just pure gameplay, baby!
• Brand New Achievements: weve added more ways to challenge and reward players. Some are easy, some are hard but all of them are neat.
• No FX Mode: A new accessibility feature that turns off shakes, jitters, and other glitch effects. The game is still weird though, dont worry.
• Windowed Mode: Added due to popular demand!
• Bug fixes: improvements to make all this buttery mayhem feel more buttery.
