The theme of the contest is simple: Romance! Draw any of our character or combination of characters of Sophistry, just make sure that your entry evoques romance, in some capacity. While Sophistry is rated M (17+), it's not a hentai or eroge VN, so please keep your entries within that rating.
This contest will run from February 14th -February 28th. To submit entries you need to post your art on Facebook in comment of this post. You can enter as many times as you want, but you can only win once.
The top 5 entries will be featured in our VN in a more or less prominent way (along with due credits of course!). Showcase on our social media pages.
After the submission deadline (Feb 28th), all the valid entries will have 1 week (until March 7th) to gather as many likes as possible. The top 5 entries with the most likes will be considered the winners.

“Sophistry: Love and Despair” is the first episode of our multi series visual novel game.
“Sophistry” (6 episodes), and is expected to be released end of December 2021.
Throughout the episodes, you'll get to incarnate each of the main protagonists of the story (3 males and 3 females). Each episode can be played as an independent game, or in sequence as the choices made in previous episodes can be carried over making each playthrough absolutely unique and tailored to your preferences.
In this episode, you incarnate the role of Cherryl. Through her eyes, you’ll follow and guide her as she becomes entangled in a dramatic story of love, friendship, and betrayals.
For your enjoyment, “Sophistry” features:
- A carefully written story line
- 6 Different endings.
- Choices carry over to the next episodes.
- Fully voice acted in English and Live2D animated.
- Original songs composed and interpreted by professional artists.
- Non spoiling dynamic branch tree generated as you progress.
- 46 In-game achievements.
- Branching generated dynamically based on the choices you make.
This isn't a hentai/eroge visual novel.
That being said, some mature topics and behavior will occur or be implied in text or visual, such as drinking, arguing/fighting, kissing, death, injuries, blood, weapons, suggestive comments or clothing (but no nudity). Some dialogs may feel offensive to some, but those are just the reflection of the character in the story itself and not our beliefs or political views.
