It's been a while since the last update so it was about time to share what the status is for Element-174 Part 2. The next chapter of the story is still being worked on, but is more than half complete. Progress has been slow since the development team is tiny (consisting mostly of myself). So we thank you for your patience with waiting for the DLC to be released. That being said, the estimated release schedule for "Part 2" is slotted for Q1 of 2025.
So what should you expect from the next section of the game? Well, "Part 2" will feature 7 more in-game days taking the story to day 21. Even though there will only be 7 days (as opposed to Part 1's fourteen days), there is actually more content to experience. As an example, some of the days contain half as many lines of code as all of days 1-7 combined! Week 3 also features a lot more adult content with your favorite Element-174 characters than was available in Part 1. This includes more animations, as well as "shared" scenes between certain pairings that the main character romances.
With that said, Part 2 was originally intended to encompass all of the second half of Element-174's story. However, since there was so much content to week 3 (as well as how long it's taken to make it), a decision was made to add the final week of Element-174's story as "Part 3" to be released sometime later. Otherwise, there would be an even longer wait for content. We thank you for your patience and hope that when you play "Element-174 Part 2," that you'll have as much fun playing it as we've had making it. I'm really looking forward to it!

Hello everyone! It's now been a year since the Steam release of Element-174 and what a year it's been! Work is still coming along on the next part in the series, "Element-174 Part 2." The amount of content included will be close to, if not more than the amount featured in Part 1. So there's a lot of work that needs to be done, but it should be worth the wait once it arrives. In the meantime, I thought I should let you all know that Steam trading cards will be arriving soon too. If everything goes smoothly, they should be out in the next few weeks. Sometime after that, a smaller update should be out which will lower some of the route requirements leading into week 2 of the game. This means a few more routes should be available during a single playthrough. That's it for now and thanks again for your support!

Well it's finally here, folks! The "Animation Update" is complete and adds 102 animated clips throughout the various scenes of Element-174. Most of these occur during the game's spicier content so there's plenty to discover across the 16 routes. As well, these animations can also be viewed under the game's replay section for content that you've already unlocked. It was a challenge to learn how to animate these clips, but over the past few months it got easier each time. Soon the animations were getting pumped out and after about 100 of them, it doesn't seem unlikely that the game might receive another update down the line that adds another batch of animations. It's been several months now since the release of Element-174 - Part 1 on Steam and one of the features that has been requested most in that time is animations. Well we're pleased to announce that that wish will finally be granted this summer. Sometime in early August we'll be adding all new animations to the game for the love scenes in Element-174! These will be fit in seamlessly with the story that you all know and love, as well as during the game's replay mode. With all these new additions, it will be the perfect time to experience the game in a new way (or possibly exploring unseen branches). And the best part is that this update will be entirely free! Expect the animation update to be released here on Steam in early August. Until then!

• Added Rachel's day 7 scene to gallery
• Changed condition for one of Sarah's day 14 choices regarding Isabella
• Fixed a bug involving persistent data

Here is an update for Element-174 (v0.20d) which fixes all the issues which were present for the Steam launch:

• Fixed a crash when viewing camgirls during week 2
• Fixed a bug where certain gallery scenes from Day 14 weren't accessible
• Fixed a bug in which the character screen would crash
• Fixed a bug where Emma's classroom scene could trigger twice
• Fixed several bugs in which multiple Steam achievements weren't being awarded
• Fixed several grammatical errors
