Enhanced Controller Support
Sole Iron Tail has been upgraded to use the ReWired controller library. What does that mean for you? Well, not only are controllers much more easily detected, SIT should now work with most DirectInput, Playstation, Switch, etc. controllers without the need to adjust things on Steam! Playstation/Switch icons coming soon!

Boxes O' All Sizes!
What's up with that update name? Well aside from presents of all shapes and sizes, Sole Iron Tail has finally received support for all aspect ratios! And this isn't just for 16:10 champs! Have some retro monitor thats in *GASP* 4:3?!?! BAM, SIT supports it! Have a cool ultrawide that you just wish more games supported? BAM, SIT supports that too!

Sole Iron Tail has had a very fun launch week! There has been some amazing responses and moments relating to the full game. I want to give a big thanks to everyone who's wishlsited, played, bought, or even just glanced at the game so far!



Aside from your purchase, you can support the game by leaving a review, joining the discord, and participating with the community.

But what's next for the Iron Tail? Well, soon there will be a little bug fix/user experience update. Here's what to expect:

Releasing November 9th!
With the release of the most recent trailer last month, Sole Iron Tail's release has been announced for November 9th! Please spread this news where you can!




Tonsa Tweaks
Each level has received a ton of tweaks, fixes, and "glow ups" (am I cool yet?) thanks to the many awesome playtesters testing the game in the past month. These levels will definitely feel more polished, free-flowing, and slipp-ier/slide-ier!




Beyond the story...
With so many levels, scarves, bosses, and badges, the average completionist will have tons to do! For you guys, I have a little treat past 100%

Synopsis
Sole Iron Tail is a fast-paced platformer based around sliding, surfing, propelling, and charging using the main characters "Iron Tail". The game has been in development for nearly 2 years, appearing in events such as BostonFIG, PAX East, and the MassDiGI Game Challenge (of which it won Indie Runner Up!).

Demo Features
The Festival Demo features the tutorial and first stage of the game, which includes 3 levels full of snowy slopes, spooky caverns, and a giant, deadly boss! I hope you all enjoy getting a peak at the gameplay for Sole Iron Tail!

"HOW DID PEOPLE MAKE THESE BEEPS AND BOOPS WORK!." I said to myself as a little kid, playing Mega Dude or Super Maria or whatever. One college degree later, I found out. Hello fellow game folk! My name is Manny Mallea, and i've been working on this beep-boopy game since becoming a college grad.
