minor fixes:

- after performing a combination, clicking quickly on another piece allowed it to also be destroyed

Fixes:
- Timer remains paused after losing focus (alt+tab) and returning to game (return to focus)
- Bet button label error: 1:3 is correct, not 3:1
- Unlocked levels menu option fix (unlocked previous level must be the current one)
Additions:
- Button Actions: Bet, Buy moves, Sell moves and Buy Specials now pauses the timer so the player can think freely before committing to the action.
- Display showing the amount of remaining pieces
