Here we gooooo! With finishing the last levels and squashing the remaining bugs I had on my list I'll call for 1.0. I will continue to fix bugs that come up, but will probably pause with adding additional for now as I want to focus on new projects. Features

Amazething v0.5

This took way longer than expected, but version 0.5 of Amazething is now available and with that you can now play on MacOS and Linux too. See below for a (possibly) complete list of changes. Features

Fixed player not moving when holding keys on level start
Fixed some traps not working on MacOS
Fixes timing of the lasers in level 19

For the next update I will focus on finishing the last two levels, revisiting the levels to tweak their difficulty and fix some more bugs.

Amazething v0.3.3

Features

A timer was added that shows the time for your current run
A counter for total and collected gems was added
The UI can be toggled by pressing 'T'. Alternatively press down on a DPad.
The level selection menu has been redesigned for a better gamepad experience

Other

The deceleration of the player is now quicker. This allows for a more precise control.
A changelog was added to the menu

Attention Due to a change on the save system a reset of the game data might be required. You can do so in the settings menu.

Please be advised that this mixture of maze-running and relaxing beats might still cause your controller to get stuck in your screen.

Trap filled mazes with an ever growing difficulty await to test your skills. Reach the goal to finish the levels - but keep in mind most levels will require you to collect all gems to escape. Touching the walls - or traps - will kill you, resetting all of your progress in the level.

No checkpoints - these levels are meant to be completed in a single run. Don't worry though. Your ghosts will remind you of every deadly mistake you did.
Race your golden best time ghost in each level and improve your skills.
