- Fixed game-breaking dialogue with Valeria in English localization (effective in a new game)
- Fixed inability to get details about opponent when talking to Milana in English localization (effective in a new game)
- Boris no longer says one of Valeria's random lines in dialogue with him
- Milana no longer scares Kirill by teleporting back and forth if he cheats on her with Valeria (effective in a new game)
- Can gift presents again in English localization
- First text message in chat in English localization is now in English
- The system now gives Kirill one thousand rubles before the last tournament fight, in case he only has Georgiy unlocked and Evgeniy is "unavailable" as a partner

The Russian Empire.
Saint Petersburg Academic University of Necromagic. In the society of prevailed neofeudalism necromages hold power. Kirill Eletsky is a noble young man and a fifth-year student at the academy of sorcery. He wishes to protect his family from accusations of treason before the tsar, and he must become a winner in the most prestigous necromagic tournament in the empire. Only your decisions will decide which way he fulfills his wish.
Progeria: Vae Victis is based on the lore of the book Viva la Post Mortem by Russian fantasy writer Igor Olegovich Davydov in co-authorship with him.

Gameplay
- Play through a 30-day story and get one of the several endings.
- Duel with rivals through a match-three mini-game, where you determine your weapon, armor, type of spells and a partner.
- Work as an exorcist to fund your endeavours.
- Create bonds between you and your allies.
- Take part in battles of nobles against serfs.
