The Plague Doctor of Wippra wins Best Story at the GDD Indie Awards!

At the end of the GermanDevDays, the annual GDD INDIE AWARD is awarded. I am happy to announce that The Plague Doctor of Wippra won the category Best Story! :) The other nominees were Chained Echoes and Sonority.
Volker Ritzhaupt, CEO of my publisher Application Systems Heidelberg represented me at the award ceremony in Cologne and received the prize.

Experience a working day as plague doctor Oswald Keller in medieval Germany. Make diagnoses and help your patients with medical prescriptions or surgery. Stand up against misbeliefs and deal with the ignorance of the people. It is not without danger, but it is the only way to find out the cause of the "Black Death".



The Plague Doctor of Wippra is a short point-and-click adventure filled with medical puzzles, interisting characters, historical knowledge and a gripping story. Hand-drawn in beautiful pixel art, expect captivating gameply in a historical yet contemporary setting.
