Small Bug Fixes!

fixed a few small bugs:
* you could click on the background buttons in nebuland while in the cutscene between juvie and pizza boy, interrupting the scene. that background buttons have been disabled during the cutscene now!
* edit: seems like this bug occurred whenever cody's inventory appeared/was replaced by another inventory, for example during the last scene of episode 5 when pizza boy's bike in his inventory appears. all instances of this bug have (hopefully) been fixed!
* edit: the bus in episode 6 wasn't flush with the left side of the screen, should be now.
* edit: there was a formatting error in episode 7 when cody interacts with the mall. line breaks were all wacky, should be fixed now.
