Betrayal At Club Low offers up a surreal setting rooted in Cosmo D's previous games, tactile dice-driven gameplay, and tense decisions at every turn. There are multiple ways to approach your mission, and eleven possible endings based on the choices you make along the way.

• A Bespoke tabletop Session Come to Life
Inspired by short, punchy, independent zine RPGs, this game evokes the feel of a one-off tabletop session, with Cosmo D as your GM.• Character Skills As Customizable Dice You Physically Roll
You show up to the club with seven skills: Athletics, Cooking, Deception, Music, Observation, Wisdom and Wit. These skills manifest as dice you'll be rolling throughout your mission. In Club Low, you upgrade your skills by upgrading individual faces of your dice, then physically roll 'em live through the game's haptic & tactile dice-rolling system.• A Reactive Narrative
Club Low is a deceptively dangerous place that rewards the curious, the bold and the whimsical. You can approach your mission in a myriad of ways, and depending on the choices you make, the outcomes of your mission are numerous. Care to discover all eleven endings?• A Scoped Experience
Sure, Betrayal At Club Low's mission can be played in an evening, but it can also be replayed with new challenges, mutators and modes to uncover new layers of challenge and reward.• Pizza... As Dice
It wouldn't be a Cosmo D game without pizza, and in Betrayal At Club Low, pizzas take the form of dice, too! Roll your Pizza Dice to get paid, get healed, and gain an edge in the club.• The Off-peak Saga Continues
The story of Club Low folds into the wider narrative tapestry of Off-Peak City.Cosmo D here.
I've posted the second Dev Diary for my next game, Moves of the Diamond Hand.
This diary goes into depth on a new gameplay element in this game - wandering agents who patrol certain areas of the game, similar to guards in an immersive sim. But how you interact with them builds on Club Low and the Diamond Hand demo - with dice, of course.

Thank you for continuing on this journey with me.

I just shared the first devlog for my next game, Moves of the Diamond Hand.
If youve played Betrayal at Club Low, this one builds on that same chaotic spiritbut with a deeper, more flexible dice system centered on tension, storytelling, and strategy. And if youve played my earlier games: were back in first-person! Its a meldingand deepeningof all the elements.
This post is all about dice drama: how I simulate rolls, why I love having too many dice, and how each one tells its own little story.
You can read the full devlog here:

Thanks, as ever, for continuing on this journey with me.

This game brings together everything Ive been building over the past ten yearsrefining my dice mechanics from Club Low while returning to the immersive first-person perspective of my earlier work.
Thanks for your support thus far, and I'm looking forward to continuing on this journey with you!
Betrayal At Club Low made a strong showing at the 25th Annual Independent Games Festival this week, walking away with two major awards - the Nuovo and the Seamus McNally Grand Prize.
I'm incredibly honored to have gotten these awards and I thank everyone here for their continued support and enthusiasm for my games. Wow!
While on the show floor, however, I did catch one bug, which I've hotfixed today.
1.07
- Clicking on pizza upgrades when you're not at the oven will now trigger a reminder message.
That's it! If you do find any lingering issues in the new build, post in the comments below.
Hi everyone. This patch has just one bullet, but it's helpful if you want to play the game at a lower difficulty.
- Fixed a bug where if you loaded a save after restarting the game and had more than 5 health, it would not display the 6th or 7th health tokens. Reloading would fix this, but now it works accross the board.
-Cosmo D
- Some people were reporting getting "stuck" in Iron Pizza mode. This has been addressed.\
- Minor typo fixes and tweaks
- Controller keyboard now hides when you click No or Load
- No longer can see double Jay in both the front of the club and sitting w/ Mo
- Typos fixed
- Fixed issue where you could retrigger House Mix quest after completing it
- Fixed issue where Power of the Crowd quest didnt leave your journal if you failed to convince dancers to help you
Thanks everyone for an awesome launch week!
Here's a few recent fixes based on user feedback
- Loading saved games now opens a yes/no prompt, like save games.
- Lowered the Adventure difficulty down to $46 to prevent a possible softlock in the tutorial
Player dice pool expanded to 12. - Elevator SFX in garage finale no longer sounds too loud when master volume is turned down. It is unlikely that youll have that many dice in play, but its there just in case.
Here's a few more bugs squashed 1.02.
- Adjusted wording for Nightclub Management Woes quest so it's clearer.
- Burst of music audio should no longer take place when quitting
- Fixed Walk Away button on dumpster not working if you dont disable savegame message beforehand
- Fixed some camera clipping issues around the security station.
Glad to hear everyone's having a good time at Club Low. Slipped in a hotfix for the weekend:
- Various typos fixed
- Text placement adjusted in a few places
- Dice texture z-fighting for Linux and Steam Deck users addressed. If users are still having z-fighting issues, let me know in the forums.
You can post any future issues in the Steam forum, through the in-game bug submission button or directly at support-at-cosmod-dot-net.
