Deemphasize mouse controls

* Moves mouse controls to the accessibility menu. Can still switch dynamically between keyboard and controller.
* Fixes for some minor bugs with animation transition, "indoor" music, and interacting with the stump
* Attempt at fixing Steam Deck compatibility issue
