This is the day, Spirits!


We're delighted to announce that Oaken 1.0 is finally available on PC and consoles today, July 20! We'd like to express our gratitude for all the support you've given us throughout this adventure. It has been an awesome road, full of challenges but we ended up with something we are very proud of, and hope you enjoy playing it as much as we did making it Try out the new world, true epilogue and all the other new features Oaken 1.0 brings!
  • A new world - the Roots - found in the 3rd chapter of the game
  • A new Guide - the secret one
  • improved and expanded the prologue chapter
  • improved AI behaviour
  • improved the "undo" command
  • added the outro for the bonus ending

The world of Oaken is a mythical place, existing in a not easily defined space and time. It is stretched among the branches of the Great Oak. Its inhabitants are spirits which listen to the same voice, called the Oak Song.
The loss of that voice strats a series of events leading into a struggle which may either heal or destroy the Great Oak.
