Hello, islanders!

Were here to let you know that Island of Aitos free horror-themed story DLC Life After Death is out.
This DLC is a direct continuation to two of Island of Aitos hidden endings; An isolated incident and Mortem sibi consciscere. You can achieve these endings by finding a syringe via beachcombing and "gifting" it to a girl while Aito's sanity is less than 20%.
We strongly recommend that you see one of the aforementioned endings before playing Life After Death.

Whats new?

- Life After Death DLC can be accessed from the main menu.

- The main game has received some minor stability fixes

- History feature has been added. You can now access message history from the pause menu. Please note that some lines may repeat in the log multiple times due to how certain survival features work.

Weve just rolled out Island of Aito content update 1.02

Whats new?

• You can now find the island chicken around day 55. Having the chicken at your shelter wont cost extra resources but it will lower your daily food need by 50%.
  
• Added more random events to the random event pool.
  
• Added a new achievement.
  
• Added a bond progression bar to the girl info screen. Affinity alone wont get you a girlfriend, you also need to get to know her by talking to her!
  
• Fixed some minor bugs.
  
• Fixed some spelling errors.
  

It has come to our attention that some players were experiencing a bug where the game would give a skippable error message at the beginning of each day. This bug has now been fixed.

As always, we encourage all players to report bugs and glitches at our Steam forums. Its very important to us that everyone has a nice experience while playing Island of Aito.

Hello, islanders!

Dropping in to let you all know that Island of Aito will get a content update on 19th of September! Well be adding a new shelter pet, along with new random events and a hidden event.

Progress on the upcoming DLC Life after death is moving forward slowly but surely. About 60% of the story is written, background images are done and the rest of the art is designed/sketched out.

As Ive mentioned before, the DLC will feature a short, interactive story thats a continuation to two of Island of Aitos hidden endings; An isolated incident and Mortem sibi consciscere. No release date yet, but the DLC will be free for all owners of the main game once its out.

Hi, just a quick hotfix that corrects some spelling errors.

Weve just rolled out Island of Aito content update number 1.0

Whats new?

• You can now find the island bunny around day 50. You can choose to bring the bunny to live at your shelter. Having the bunny at your shelter wont cost extra resources but it will have a positive effect on your sanity.
  
• Weve adjusted the games passive game mode to be slightly easier. Choosing to play in passive mode will make the game more relaxing / less hectic.
  
• Added some warning events that will let the player know if the game is about to end.
  
• Added more challenging random events to the random event pool. Some of the new events will have a huge impact on your health points so tread carefully!
  
• Added a new achievement.
  
• Fixed some minor bugs.
  
• Corrected some spelling errors.
  

• Weve started working on a free DLC for Island of Aito. More information on the DLC and progress will be posted a bit later.
  
• Weve started planning / working on a second content update to Island of Aito.
  

Hello, Islanders!

Island of Aito has been out for 8 weeks now. We'd like to let you know that we'll release a small content update on 18th of July. The update will include some fixes and added events. Note that this update will be the first of multiple content updates we have planned for the game.

We've also started designing a free DLC for Island of Aito. We can't give an exact release date yet, but we're aiming to release the DLC later this year.

Is there something particular you think should be added to Island of Aito? Is there something that we should change to make it better? Please tell us about it in the forums! We're always open to suggestions.

This update contains the following fixes

- Made the cursor outline darker so people who play with very high monitor brightness settings can see the cursor easier.

- Corrected some spelling errors.

- Added some transitions.

Here's what weve got planned for Island of Aitos future. Please note that all post-launch DLC and content will be FREE for anyone who buys Island of Aito on Steam.

• Were going to be adding content to Island of Aito periodically. This content includes but is not limited to: new random events, new story events, new hidden events.
  
• Were going to support the game actively. Well work our hardest to deliver bug fixes and other fixes as fast as possible. If you encounter any bugs or glitches while playing, please report them at our Steam forums.
  
• Were planning to make a free story DLC titled Life after death. The DLC will be a direct continuation of one of the games secret endings.
