Pocket Wheels @ Gamescom 2025

\nI\'m incredibly happy to announce that Pocket Wheels is part of this year\'s Indie Arena Booth Gamescom lineup \n\nFrom August 20 to 24, I will be at the Deck13 Spotlight Indie Arena Booth in Hall 10.2. \nIf you are planning on being there, I would love to chat! \n\n\n

For this occasion, the demo\'s content has been doubled...

\nTo make the game more accessible for first-time players, I\'ve added a quick and fun tutorial that teaches you the basic mechanics in an intuitive way!\n\nOnce you\'ve mastered this new section, you\'re teleported to a small hub world. \nFrom there, you can either choose to play the previously available level or venture into an entirely new adventure. This new level is packed with thrilling races and quests set among wooden floors and lush greenery. There\'s even a tree house! (trying very hard not to spoil all the fun exploration here) \n\nYou can play this demo here on Steam and on the show floor at Gamescom. The show in Cologne will also be the first time you can try out a Nintendo Switch version! \n\n\n

...and there\'s been a MASSIVE boost to our sound design

\n Thanks to the efforts of our friends at BowsToHymns , the game feels much more alive, and it\'s so satisfying to play! They poured their hearts into the sound design, making sure that every vehicle is fun to drive and that each pickup feels rewarding. \n\nYou\'ll notice many improvements as soon as you start playing, so pay close attention to their amazing work!\n\n\n
