I've been working on SKULL CHAINZ since before HAYAI, and HAYAI was a way for me to break through that first commercial game barrier, so I'm really excited to finally release this to the world!! Just pushed up a build, squashed out a ton of bugs, including some potentially run-ending ones. Huge thanks to N3310 for finding most of them! In addition, I put up a fix for people with higher refresh rate monitors - initially, I had a fix but it seemed to only work for 60 and 120 hz monitors. People with monitors of other refresh rates SHOULD find it works now. Also, a slight addition to the previous post: I forgot to mention that Masashige's AOE was also buffed to be a bit longer, and he also has a slightly longer bar, in addition to the fact that he doesn't move slowly. This should make him a lot more usable for high scores!

Hey guys! The game has had a huge optimization update, which prevents it from lagging as much even with a huge amount of enemies and bullets on screen. There's also been numerous bugfixes. Masashige also has had a minor buff - He no longer moves as slowly. This is (probably) the last update balance wise for a while - I'm moving onto my main project, SKULL CHAINZ. However, if I get any more bug reports, I'll still try to fix them! Again, thanks for all the support!

The release of HAYAI has been tremendous! Thank you all so much! It's much more than I could have hoped for. Firstly, there are now native Mac OS and Linux versions! I primarily work on Windows, but I will try to offer as much assistance as I can if there are any issues! (I've tested it on Linux and it works well, haven't tried Mac yet..) If you want to sync up your stats across operating systems and Steam Cloud doesn't work for whatever reason, remember that you can sync your stats with Steam at any time from the options! Also, Masashige and Oda turned out to have the lowest scores by a long shot, so I've buffed them slightly. Masashige, in particular, should be more usable, which I'm a fan of, since he has one of my favourite playstyles! Again, thanks for your support! Buffs - Masashige now has a regular, faster charge rate (initially 75% regular charge rate) - Oda now has a 0.25x combo multiplier instead of a 0.15x combo multiplier Bugfixes/Other - Fixed issue that required manual FPS capping from Nvidia control panel - Fixed lag during attack, especially for Hideyoshi - Moved user/global leaderboard button to be more obvious - Fixed a grammatical error with Oda's description
