Howdy! I had a random idea on how to make the Demo more representative of the full game. After you beat the first boss of World 1 you'll now gain access to a special area just for the Demo. This special area shows off levels later in the game, so you can gain a better understanding of what the game has to offer. World 1 is really easy and simple, which makes sense because I'm trying to give less experienced players a chance to get some legs before things really start to ramp up. I'm really excited about this change! I've also included a custom level made by AwezomeXD! Garbanzo Quest does have a level editor in case you didn't know, it's the level editor I used to make the game! It's a little rough around the edges, but I did try to clean it up a bit for players. You can access the dev tools (level editor) through the Extras menu. There's more info in the Discord if you're interested. If people show more interest I'd be happy to continue polishing up this part of Garbanzo Quest. I think it would be fun to include level packs from the community into the full game in the future! I've also included some bug fixes and quality of life changes in the test branch. I'm including separate builds for Windows 64bit and Windows 32bit. Garbanzo Quest since launch has been exclusively 32bit, but a few users were having compatibility issues that the 64bit version fixed. I've also patched a few miscellaneous bugs. Along with bug fixes I've also made it so you can assign buttons to individual Badges through the Input Options menu. This way you don't have to use Quick-Swap if you find swapping through badges clunky. I'm really excited about this change too, and it was actually pretty easy to implement. If you're experiencing any glitches or want to try out the new way to use Badges check out the test branch! I'm like 99% sure I didn't break anything with this build, but still it would be nice to test this out a little bit first. Usually before I upload a new build I do a 100% playthrough of the game to help make sure everything is good, but I'm super busy working on my next game Super Debt, so I was hoping I could get some extra help! If you do check out the test branch, please let me know how it goes! I was able to test the Demo out a bit, so I just went ahead and released that on the main branch.
