Gameplay Updates

  • Orange outline is now an indicator of dash ability being up
  • Game's intro is 10 times better with more cinematic effects
  • Dash speed is slower but has longer duration to match cloakers speed for smoother movement
  • The mini boss mage has increased scale and is now bigger and easier to hit with cooler sound effects
  • Ero, The enlightened boss has significantly less hp and spawns less blue ghosts to lower his difficulty
  • Blue ghost has less hp and lower slow effect when attacking
  • Great threat spawns easier monsters
  • Better looking particle effect on death screen
  • Upper floating platform is easier to land onto now
  • Monsters turn grey when they die to distinguish from other alive monsters [/olist]

  • Fixed blur lasting for almost 14 seconds in the beginning
  • You can now skip the elder using 'space' along with 'enter' as proposed by many except for the "Here is your son's spirit" line
  • Fixed a bug where you could dash past the elder and ignore him completely
  • Fixed playtime not displaying properly
  • Fixed a certain spot in the beginning where you are safe from the storm that the storm doesn't touch
  • Fixed a bug when being hit by an arrow in Walk of shame

      Cloaks and Capes is a fast_paced dark fantastical side-scrolling platformer.
      Azazel, The prime demon descended upon the beautiful town of Castriel once again massacring everyone and leaving their spirits afloat leaving only a few to survive and struggle, Take your son's spirit from the elder and play as a caster who griefs and aches for vengeance to resurrect his son and set free the ravaged town as you engulf whoever comes in your way in flames of anguish.
