Multiplayer not working.

This is a BUG and I'm currently fixing it, I have no idea why its doing this. But for now the region will be locked back to the US again. Sorry if this causes random people to glitch all over the place but this is the only way i know how to fix it. The Update will be out within the next couple of hours.
