Update 0.9.2.1

First of all we have fixed a bug that caused boxes and torches in Jotunheim to stop appearing and working.

Some weapons stopped working correctly after we changed some performance issues:

Thunder Armor's Electric Explosion Ascension was not working correctly.
Ase's Feather Release Ascension was not working correctly.
Brann's Vivid Fire Ascension was not working correctly in his Knight of the Dark skin.
Brok's Bazooka Ascension was not working correctly.
Fury was exceeding the 500% limit.
Uncanny Bow's arrows were not working correctly.
Sindri's Sword had a bug with its Ascension.
