Hello vikings! After this summer break were filled with energy and ready to work on Nordic Ashes once again! As always, wed like to share our roadmap with you, so everyone knows what to expect and when.
Nordic Ashes new Roadmap
- August: Todays update will be related to fixes and bugs you reported during last month.
- September: New character! Because thats the best way to begin a new development, right?
- October: Halloween Festival, which will include a new spooky character skin, decorations for one of the realms (in addition to Midgard) and seasonal relics.
- November: Nordic Ashes DLC! More info in the future, but were sure youre gonna love the new ideas we have planned!
- December: Winter Festival, which will include a new winter character skin, decorations for one of the realms (in addition to Jotunheim) and seasonal relics.
- 2025: Console release + more stuff to be revealed :D
And now, the fixes and improvements:
Fixes and improvements
- In some cases, KAOS wouldnt show new options if you had banned all the remaining relics.
- Skull Staff stopped throwing projectiles in some cases.
- Revnas sprite was appearing flipped when flying to the left.
- You could step out of Gnkis realm boundaries when dashing in some places.
- Sounds were not playing in some Linux versions. This new update should fix that issue.
- When M.I.S.S.I.N.G. had Talkrs passive, coins were not stacking properly. Now they work just as Talkrs do.
- Translation improvements: German, Russian and Brazilian Portuguese.
- Performance improvements.
- On Daily Challenges, on Gnkis realm, the unexpected visitor (random character) would not be the same for everyone or would provide different relics. All players should now have the same display.

In this Technical Demo you’ll play as Axeldör, a Norse berserker, Thyra a fierce hunter, and Hafgrim, a master of the elements. Wield a legendary sword, or maybe conjure ancient fire to slay all the enemies that have reached your realm to conquer its remains.
