TCM RACING 2 Patch 2 Update

Following changes:

*slight improvement on performance

- Added a 1 new existing vehicle into Multiplayer
- Fixed Display tab not being displayed in Settings
- Added a way to get back to main menu shortly from Benchmark
- Saved Audio volume now gets actually set.
- Fixed UI Scaling on Quick Menu & Mode Designer on higher displays.
- Fixed missing ui issue on main menu (Common)
