Despite the cold, Ive been hard at work on Pine Lily Village. Today, I want to talk about a core mechanic of the game: planting and harvesting cops. This may sound simple but it's something you will be doing for a large portion of the game. To start, you will need to buy seeds from the general store or, if you're lucky, find seasonal mixed seeds when scything grass or chopping trees. Mixed seeds will grow a random crop from the current season.
Then you will need to hoe the ground, plant your seeds, and water them. Make sure you water your crops everyday or they wont grow! If it rains, you can skip watering for that day.
Finally, after a set number of days, you will get to harvest the fruits of your labor!
