Scattered through the world of Pine Lily Village, are ancient artifacts from past cultures and creatures. When you walk near a buried artifact, your companion will alert you and show the location to you. Once found, you need to use your hoe to dig up the artifact. While you can sell these artifacts for a modest profit, there is a better option to consider. The researcher in town is very keen to get his hands on as many artifacts as possible. He will reward you with gifts and recipes once you find enough of them. He also built a museum above the library to display any unique artifacts found.
