J4X Balance Changes

One Two: Changed from multi-target to single-target
Dempsey Roll: Increased energy cost and damage of basic version; upgraded version is unchanged
Dethrone:
- Increased energy cost from 1 to 2
- Damage increased by 33%
- Heal effect changed to fixed value, equal to base damage
Meteoric Punch:
- Increased Damage by 50%
- Replaced Hold with Apply 2 Stun (3 upgraded). Consume
Taunt: Reduced combo requirement of basic version from 5 to 4; reduced draw to 1

K31 Balance Changes

Love and Peace: Added Consume
Guns Blazing: Energy cost increased by 1
Kneecap:
- Changed from Melee to Ranged
- Changed from multi-target to single-target
Lock and Load:
- Increased basic card energy cost to 2
- Removed draw effect
Powder Monkey
- Reduced basic card energy cost to 3
- Reduced upgraded energy cost to 1
- Removed Cost Down
- Added Consume
Jungle Style: Removed Consume
Reassess: Added Consume
Cannibalise: Added Consume
Cargo Pants:
- Increased basic card energy cost from 1 to 2
- Reduced upgraded draw effect from 2 to 1
