Trivia Update: New Testament (Batch 4)

Added trivia for four more books in the New Testament. 1st Thessalonians, 2nd Thessalonians, 1st Timothy, and 2nd Timothy. Adds 4 additional achievements on steam and in-game. Adds a total of 74 new trivia questions to the game. Also fixed a minor bug where attempting to setup the AI narration tools from the preferences menu, without having already read at least one book caused a crash. This is no longer the case, and Narration can be setup within the preferences menu as intended.
