- Added 10,000 bonus on level complete for killing all enemies
- Fixed the Leaderboard not scrolling
- Bosses - their death explosion will now destroy nearby enemies
- Fixed game end not triggering on losing all lives in Arcade Mode
- Fixed the Menu Submit button not working when remapping controllers
- Added extra spawn points to level end enemy surge
