When will PAIN: RePAINted release?


The DLC is planned to release on the next tuesday, the 4th of July 2023.

How much will it cost?


It's free lol

What is the difference between the original (Below Sanity) and legacy (RePAINted)?


Legacy will be updated and fixed regularly (recommended) Original will most likely not receive any further work (buggy in some places, code makes me question my own sanity)

What is new in RePAINted?


  • Graphics have been changed
  • New Story Cutscene
  • Quality Of Life Improvements (open-world level selection + post-process disable option)
