Prevent player becoming stuck off camera on collapsing bridge on level 7
Prevent player using anchors which are blocked by hazards e.g. level 2 falling rock
Prevent player becoming stuck on spikey rocks between lava pits on level 1
Remove gap between rising lava and cliff face on level 1
