Equipment Quality per Bestiary completion also ignore Soul-shop limitation
Similarly to how bonus equipment quality already ignored soul-shop limitation
Soulcoin gain soul-shop upgrade also ignore Soul-shop limitation

Fixes

Error when swapping page in forge and causing bug
Multi-Equipment selection on multiple page inside the forge not properly working
Final boss shield no longer transfer 100% of defense shredding to the final boss (now only 0.1% like the damage)
