Just to be transparent, Radical Site Inc. as of currently is a solo-dev company, most of Station-Z's back-end and front-end is done by a single person, the only "front-end" that's outsourced were graphical stuff. So making this game was kindof a challenge considering also that most of our time is convincingly busy (which is why we've been very reclusive) and that this is our first "major" debut for a small budget indie dev. Anyways, we've been working on updates since release that consist of major overhauls which are planned for sometime next month along with the discord. However due to Unity's recent pricing changes it left us feeling fearful to continue supporting/updating Station-Z as whole, we've already roughly thought of developing our own game-engine to power our future games since Unity never felt like the right option. Even though the pricing boundaries are far to be met considering Station-Z's scale and budget, we still feel wary of what Unity might discharge next, or what is to be counted now. So, even then, when that thought of developing a new custom engine seemed ideal with our aim, that whim has now become a mandatory task. We're not sure how long it would take, but since that only a single person is handling everything it would probably be up to a year, so take updates as a very minor expectation from now till the end of next year, as we'd be re-building the entire game on a separate engine. We'd definitely love to bring others onboard but we don't have enough income and infrastructure to support that, as of currently atleast. this is not our daily job, but we are responsible of it's future and evolving community. A lot of what's been asked for including a discord server is in the works behind the scenes, It's just that we've been facing major setbacks almost every month to put out of whats planned. We hope that this announcement makes things clear and explains the idleness of support towards both the community and Station-Z, we've got lots of features ranging from engine to gameplay that are planned to be implemented. We're small and slow but effective. THANK YOU ALL .
