When you slay creatures in our game, your kill count is tracked. If you die, the score resets, but while you're alive, your achievements are added to the global leaderboard.
To see where you stand, visit the Steam community hub. In the upper right corner, click "View Stats" -> "Global Leaderboards" to check out the top kill sprees.
