Battle System Tutorial Video in-game implementation

Dear Soulbearers! As part of yesterday's patch, we have added a tutorial video "TIPS Tactical Training Program" to the top menu of the game start screen. This video has been already available on Youtube, but since we have received many inquiries about the battle system through reviews and SNS comments, we have implemented it in the game so that everyone who plays SOULVARS can check it!
