Welcome to the Lands of Fill!
Kingdoms of the Dump is an SNES styled RPG set in a fantasy world of garbage, dreamed up by two full-time janitors.
Join Dustin Binsley, the Trash Can Knight, as he travels across the five and half Kingdoms of the Dump. Fight fearsome, filthy foes, brave dangerous, dank dungeons, and take on the totally disgusting toxic grimelin army to save the Dump from all out war!

Smol fix and Magfest (v.1.0.18)

Hey Dumplings!

We needed to do another quick fix due to an quest npc missing for some players on the second floor of the castle. He was still accessible but much later in the game after completing a quest in Act IV which didn\'t need to be a requirement.

We have a larger update in the works but between the holidays and preparing for Magfest it\'s been taking longer. That said if you\'re heading to Magfest in Washington D.C January 8th - 11th come stop by and say hi! We\'ll have a booth in the indie game hall.

  • Perfectly timed hits using basic attack and all perfectly timed blocks on a player character now results in draining 1 Metal Point from the enemy and giving it to you.

Performance/Stability:

We had an interesting issue with particle effects being overtuned in a way where it could cause a sudden drop in CPU performance and increased utilization. We\'ve gone through ~200 of scenes to fix this. This may have lead to some crashes, particularly after certain longer cutscenes that involved these particle effects along the way.

  • We got some feedback that some folks have a hard time button mashing for Dustin Boils so we wanted to add this feature so you can keep using Dustin as much as you want! You can enable/disable this in the settings menu.

Hey there Dumplings,

Looks like the multi-controller support change broke some controller configurations. We reverted that change. If you\'re playing on steam deck in docking mode you\'ll need to use rearrange controller to use a secondary controller for the time being. We\'ll get this fixed up soon. We\'ve added a new Unstuck feature that is now located in the File menu.
