Added FOV slider to the advanced video options, you can now set a FOV between 75 and 120.
Bank will be opened directly if you have bank access.
Fixed local player cache being reset in online mode, it will now load correctly.
Quest list category states will now be saved in the local player cache (minimized / maximized state).
Last quest shown in the quest list will also be saved in the local player cache.
