Hey everyone, I want to apologize for this unfortunate delay.. The game is gold and can be completed. However, during testing and seeing player feedback, the game itself is a bit too difficult. I'm a solo developer for this project. I won't be back home for 2 months so please bare with me! I know where the issues are, they're easily fixable so once I get back, I'll be sure to get those done on day 1 and get this game out ASAP! I want to make the best experience possible for you, the player. With that being said, I will continue to make updates when I can. Official release THIS WEEK!

We are here! sorry for the delays! I've been busy with some personal matters in life. The game is officially done though! Rita is officially GOLD! Just testing final bugs and heavily testing for issues in regard to small cosmetic bugs. I will try and release the game officially this week! Stay tuned!!!

Closer to Release!

Hello all! This update comes with the following:

Prefab layering fixes
Text fixes
Light tinkering
Path leading tinkering.
Added controller input UI

As mentioned above, the game is fully playable. However, I'm still trying to figure out how to implement the controller UI to appear over the regular keyboard txt UI, whenever a controller is connected/ disconnected. Thank you!

Riley In The Abyss is a stealth action single-player game inspired by games and movies such as Alien, Deadspace, and Underwater.

You take the role of Riley, an Underwater engineering tech. She is positioned on the 4th level/ floor of an underwater research tower facility. Assisting scientists and researchers here, to embark on the unknown of the ocean's mysterious unexplored depths.
The entirety of the crew working in this section keeps reporting strange sounds beneath them. Bewildered and enthralled, crew members begin to contact teams in the lower sections of the research facility. Unbeknownst to any of the current events, Riley is asleep in her pod.

As she wakes up, head pounding, to her surprise everyone is...

Players will embark on a linear/free-roam story. They sneak and fight their way toward the elevator to exit this underwater facility.
