Year 167, The Empire of Athermyl is overthrown by the Generalissimo Disgaries. In the embers of the coup, insurrections and old quarrels ignite once again. Milo, young baron with few coins to his name, traverses the continent to further a meager rebellion. Why Milo no Senki?
In 2015, I was making my first games on Scratch, and as a strategy game enthusiast, it was obvious I needed one to my belt. That is how in two weeks, the first Milo no Senki came to be. A RPG of a few tools, collaged with images from the web and music from other games, wrapped into a facetious satire of Fire Emblem. And while we're at writing a story held together by two strings, well it would be best to put friends in their so that they can live a unique and idiotic adventure. Milo no Senki is still to this day a project for which I have a lot of affection, be it through its simplicity, or its ability to weave real-world characters into comical and singualr situations. By remaking this game, it is the occasion for me to revisit those first steps in the serie, and put forward everything that makes it fun, humorous and ludic. Even though it is not necessary to tell the first Milo no Senki to tell the third (given its elusive world), it is a story that may interest you and is worth playing. I hope you will have a lot of fun playing through the adventures of Milo in the past, present, and future!

Athermyl, the Thugs speak much of it, the common mortal people far less.
It's in this land that Lord Milo rules peacefully over his little Barony, when in 167 after the Empire's founding, the young Athermylian emperor is savagely murdered by the vile Disgaries in a bloody coup... So began the adventures of Milo, in which he met a number of singular companions such as Patrick the Wise Elder, Jeremy the Salmon's Cavalryman, Vincent the Vincent, and Quentin the Thug. All this merry band of misfits tasked to save the continent against the Athermyl Empire, Avalon, Embresia, ... And I'm already forgetting Nelson the Prince of the neighbouring kingdom of Isialys, who died in all this mess, with some grim tales of impersonation, though, if you believe me, it's more of the author's lack of direction. And so, in the nearing year 200, Milo hit the road again in this new opus where for the script's and public needs, he will go to save Nelson from Hell, also coloquially known as the Kingdom of the Dead. All this and more in Milo no Senki 3, which is the third (surprising) opus of a serie which started in 2015 on Scratch, and which now takes place right between your hands! In production since November 2022 by Tm Nguyn and Lonard Vaney!
What to expect on 6th March 2023?
- Twenty hours of content
- Twenty playable characters and almost a hundred of adversaries
- A game of Neither-yes-nor-No
- Twenty types of units to master on the battlefields
- At least one Nelson to save, possibly with a halo
- Twenty music tracks by Tm Nguyn, Ogan & Arthur Valentin
- Less than twenty bugs, or we hope so
But what is Milo no Senki 3?
