Early Access v1.3

Features:
-Completely reworked UI for both menus and in-game.
-Added bot functionality to all maps and all modes (and also a solo match section, this being part of it).
-New map (Ruins).
-Added powerup functionality to all maps (except Ruins as of right now).
-Started tutorial rework (will experience more changes soon).
-Key rebinding, sensitivity changing, and lots of other options.
-New free hat (Plunger).
-Reworked map builder.
-Mid-match joining.
-Adjusted some Moon textures.

Balancing:
-Nerfed cooldown on Dash (2s-> 5s)
-Buffed Double Jump and Jump Boost powerups.
-Bots should no longer chase invisible players.
-Adjusted movement (You now gain momentum quicker if its very low, and lose more momentum when you hit the ground).

Fixes:
-The cycle animation should now display when you replace your current powerup.
-Players should no longer experience multiple IT's.
-Player name should no longer disappear if you die while invisible.
