Hi everyone, In the "Cycle of Fate" season, the new mechanism "Fate Branches" will replace the current "Life Shop", becoming the season-exclusive mechanism for the next season. Let me introduce the Pre Season, the Fate Branches, and the new season-exclusive immortal fate, "Additional Side Job".

Pre Season

The pre-season of the Cycle of Fate season will take place from May 16th to May 30th. During the pre-season, You can play the new character "Ye Mingming" and the new side job "Fortune Teller". You can also gradually know and experience the new season's mechanism "Fate Branches" through the Reforging Fate event. Dao Mindset mode will not be available during pre season.
Ji Fangsheng will be available in June

The book of fate

You can participate in Reforging Fate once per day and receive 100 Spirit Stones each time from May 16th to 23rd. During each Reforging Fate session, you can choose a sect (or the general) to view 3 random Fate Branches. Then you can decide whether to record them in the Book of Fate or not.
On May 24th, the top 72 Fate Branches with the highest recording rates in the Reforging Fate event (16 for each sect, 8 the general) and those with recording rates above 50% will be implemented as the first batch of selectable Fate Branches in the game.
The remaining Fate Branches will be added after revision or modification on May 30th. When all the fate braches are available, the Dao mindset mode starts. We plan to introduce more unique and special Fate Branches in the middle of the season. Stay tuned!

Fate Branches

The Fate Branches is the exclusive mechanism for the Cycle of Fate season. At the start of each game's first round, each players can choose one from "My Fate, My Choice" and three random Fate Branches to take effect. Most Fate Branches will influence random factors in the game, making the future more controllable or unpredictable.
"My Fate, My Choice" is the general Fate Branch with the effect of refreshing Immortal Fate once each time you break through a phase. If not refreshed, it provides an additional exchange card chance. Fate Branches have the following five categories: 1. Fate: These branches ensure that specific Immortal Fates will appear when breaking through phases during the game, making the future more controllable. They are suitable for players seeking stability. 2. Omen: These branches ensure that certain cards will appear in Daoist Rhyme Omen, making the future more controllable. They are also suitable for players seeking stability. 3. Mastery: These branches increase the number of certain cards in the card pool but do not guarantee drawing these cards. They slightly enhance stability but are more focused on increasing the probability of lv3 cards in late game, boosting the cap of certain combos. They are suitable for players who don't need too much stability but seek risk and opportunities. 4. Esoteric: These branches introduce special cards not typically found in the regular card pool. Due to their limited quantity, there's a risk of not drawing them, but when drawn, they can create unique and uncommon combo. They are suitable for players who trust their luck and seek risk and opportunities. 5. Special: These branches have unique effects that alter the normal gameplay of the game, offering a different experience for players. You can seek the fate branches in the book of fate during the pre season.

Additional Side Job

"Additional Side Job" is a seasonal exclusive universal Immortal Fate. There is a chance for it to appear each time you breakthrough a phase.
You can repeatedly choose the same side job to increase the number of specific cards in your card pool. Note: This season introduces several effects that add cards to the card pool. However, it does not allow drawing cards above your current phase. Cards added to the card pool are only drawable when you reach the corresponding phase.
