Just a Couple of Fixes

Did you see that patch we just released? It was only a little one, we just wanted to fix a couple of things:
Bugs:
- [FIXED] End Current Drop would not work reliably in "high spawn rate" situations.
- [FIXED] Topaz was self-procing in "high spawn rate" situations.
That's it, that's the whole update.
