Although it would seem no life could survive this icy desert, an ancient horror lurks beneath the frozen waters, devouring everything with an endless hunger… Jörmungandr, the serpent that will devour the world, was once cast into the sea by Odin, Allfather. On the top of a colossal mountain, it grows. Preparing for the Ragnarök, its destiny is to face and kill Thor during the Twilight of the Gods. In this solitary wasteland, another monstrous being awaits: Isa, the mighty Winter jotun, a being so powerful even the harshest weather kneels before him. Strongest of all jotun, Isa sleeps atop the highest peaks of Niflheim. Isa is a one hundred foot colossus, made of pure ice and rage. His powerful breath summons blizzards and his fists smash the ground with the weight of a thousand icebergs. Even Niflheim’s weather reacts to Isa’s mood.
