Hello crew members, we are back with another update! We prepared a special event that is going to take place from 11th September to 18th September - The Coffee Cup!
During this week we are going to run a special season of Challenge Vault, our game mode that can now also be played for free! In this mode, players can play a new level every day and compete with each other by trying to finish it as fast as possible. To join the event, all you have to do is to get the BLACKHOLE demo version on Steam for free and start playing Challenge Vault. The existing owners of full version can also join, no matter whether they are playing on PC, Mac or Linux. Besides enabling the Challenge Vault in the demo version, we also updated the singleplayer demo levels, so in case you don’t own the full game yet, you can experience a selection of 6 levels from the main campaign! We are also going to be streaming our playthough of the game with developer commentary and we might attempt to beat some of the leaderboard times, too! Anyway, a lot of you are asking us how's the work on BLACKHOLE: Last Mission going. Last Mission, of course, is still in our plan. Unfortunately, some complications occurred in the financing itself. We believe that now, after the release of the console version, we will be able to pay for the last missing voiceovers and finish the last screens and systems that are necessary for the release. Dear Endera Agents, The newest patch is now available for everyone using Windows, MacOS and Linux. This new update is focused on stability and performance issues instead of adding new features. We have revamped a lot of internal systems to create a smoother gameplay experience. It has been a really long and ongoing process over the last whole year (unbelievable). Besides fixing the smaller bugs, we deactivated uploading your previous progress on Challenge Vault server. From now on you can't upload your older times and you have to achieve them again in order to get them uploaded. The previous solution had been fair until the newcomers started to be affected by ghost-players, who weren't playing BLACKHOLE but just started the game recently. The times for LEVEL 10 and SOE LEVEL 1 are purged for every player as the replays and times unfortunately got corrupted by this update. We tried to avoid this purge as much as we could, but unfortunately the changes made in our game recently unabled us to solve this in another way. We hope you all will enjoy our improvements. Mostly it's all about optimization. So you should get higher FPS and less stuttering during gameplay for the most configurations now. We worked really hard on this one - to finally wrap up our development on BLACKHOLE. We will still improve the game if we find something wrong, don't worry. We are not abandoning the title. We are in the middle of porting the game to Xbox One and PS4, and a lot of improvements are now available to you because of the optimization of console versions. The game has a new game mode now! The 'Minimal Story' mode is a great mode for streamers and video makers, because it turns off 95% of all dialogues in the game. That's even twice more than 'Less Dialogues' mode! We know, that most of the players will not see this as something big and important, but still - We've released the fix for the demo version. Dear players, for several weeks We were trying to recover and run update for better Intel HD Graphics experience. The game is crashing, especially on Windows 10 because of changes made by Intel in drivers. To better understand our struggle, it's like driving a car on the highway, but with constantly changing the surface of the road. We are aware of that, but can't do pretty much anything about it right away. We have to learn and adapt our export to that. And that's not instant. Our Blackhole is now at stage where we want to activate online mode. We are working on this for very long time. This is causing some trouble to quickly adapt & respond to each problem you have. But we are still trying to solve all problems you experienced. Even on Laptops systems which are not supported natively because all of this. We are really sorry to see many of you going to refund just because the crash on the intro without contacting our support or writing into our phorums, but this is something what we have to accept as it is. We will of course try to do better in the future, but you should know that we really care about our players - about you. Thank you for your patience and to give it a try at first. If you are not able to play our game - if it is crashing on your system or you have any other problems, you should maybe try to change game into Beta Version, where we are testing newest builds and trying to catch every problem before we release such update world-wide.

Several months past after we have made the biggest preparations for console launch of the game. And since it’s coming for Xbox One and PlayStation 4 some additional features, we implemented the same features into our Windows and Linux version as well. We want to apologize to all Mac version players. This following update is not compatible with Mac OS X yet. But we are working hard to finish update also for OS X version as soon as possible. We have hopefully resolved the biggest issues with controllers, several layout issues in GUI, we updated our FONT to newest version which currently supports also Cyrillic charset – making the game available also in all-native Russian language! UPDATED ON 2/9/2016 - This problem should be resolved now. You don't have to go into beta channel anymore. Game should start well as usual. Dear players, we have new reported problem with BLACKHOLE and Intel HD Graphics / AMD chipsets. The newest Intel drivers unfortunately causing the problem with DirectX 9.0C and BLACKHOLE stop responding or doesn't working correctly. The same problem also often triggers the message that the DRIVER has crashed and was restored. Please, let me really apologize for this trouble. But on the other hand it's nothing we could prevent from. We have to update our code, and bring support for more laptop players. That said, we are working really hard for 2 months now to release brand new version of BLACKHOLE, which will solve like almost 300 bugs and adds new locations & puzzles for free. But, here comes the sad part: we are not still ready to release stable version yet. For that reason, we created public beta branch for those, whose experiencing problems with starting the game. This public beta contains everything what we'd planned to release next week.

Dear players, Last month we've been part of the biggest czech developer conference hosted in Prague. Game Developers Session 2015 was special for trying to unite talented and great game developers. It was all about networking and sharing experience.
Our experience was mainly about 'you' - the community around BLACKHOLE game. We are so glad to have you on board of our Endera spaceship. The whole year 2015 was amazing and we don't regret anything.
