Were loving all the feedback on the new release and wanted to get out a quick bug fix release for some issues that have come up.
- Corvus no longer turns around after being triggered
- Fixed stored state bug related to stomping while stunned
- Fixed issues related to auto pausing (window defocus, controller disconnect) causing soft-locks/crashes
- Allow certain enemy to fall through 1-tile gap next to wall.
- Prevent knockback while holding a ladder

- Added coyote time related to new item
- Secret level entrance can be opened in more ways
- Prevent lanterns from spawning in unfair places

First I just want to say thank you to everyone who has played the demo and provided feedback. It's been a fun 4 weeks balancing watching people play, adding new features, and fixing bugs. One big theme we noticed is that some people thought the demo is in its final state. In this release we've added more to help with onboarding players, making it clear it's an early playable build with just the one biome but that we are continuing to add more content and iterate based on feedback. We've also added a journal so you can keep track of what you've seen and continue to explore looking for everything the demo has to offer. Speaking of, we've added a new secret level that can be found inside the Castle. It includes unique enemies and traps so be on the look out! We've also added a new powerup that can be found in chests. While we've fixed a lot of bugs the most common feedback was stomping sometimes feeling unfair. We've completely redone how stomps work making them much more balanced in favor of the player. An almost comprehensive list of changes are included below: - Rework enemy bonking to be more lenient - Added option for screen shake - Added disclaimer on title screen about unfinished state of demo - Added Topaz crystal type - Tweak chest drop rates - Tweak fountain rates - Added demo splash at end of area 1 - Fixed bug that prevented up-throw of opened chest - Throwing no longer inherits player velocity while crawling - Slight tweaks to throwing arc - Fixed bug where score isn't collected in training room - Fixed bug where active axe armors would have inactive texture - Keep fountain prompts active in training room until collected - Tweaks to help with wall clips - Fixed path generation issue that caused path to favor the right side of level - Fixed glitchy state changes when walking/crawling against a wall - Added support for alt and num pad numbers to key binds - Update controls to show potion types instead of numbers - Training complete now has menu option to view leaderboard - Leaderboards can be filtered to friends only - Fixed bug where held item would be in front of item player is behind - Main castle door is now closed until you complete tutorial. Can destroy door to skip tutorial - Add key binds for journal (tab/back by default) - Add visual indicator when jumping with certain passive item - Fixed infinite jump bug - Fragile bombs explode on contact with enemy - Rename Door keybind to Interact - Fix key displays in tutorial to not overlap when wide keys are chosen - Prevent checkbox sfx playing when controls menu is selected - Fragile potions break when attacked - Fixed bug where you didn't clip when teleporting into bedrock side rooms - Fountains have random chance of spawning outside of level 2 now - Marybeetle AI updated a bit and movement is indicated - Throwing in a hallway should no longer hit the ceiling - New chest variant added - Explosions and some thrown items open chests - Added warning if you don't get fountain in training room - Added signs to fountains to help identify formula type - Added a new passive powerup
