Development Update February 2024

Hello Pancake, Bullet Heaven and Hell Fans! Today I just want to give you all a quick update about the progress of Pancake Patrol. It's going really well, I've almost completed the new UI, which is a lot more beautiful than before and slowly but surely everything is coming together and looking better and better every day! I also began to simplify the UI overall as it was too fragmented, so the DPS Dummy moved to Options, Variety Modes were moved to the new Map screen, simply titled "Play" and everything boss related is unified under "Boss Menu" Here is an example of the new Boss Modes menu:
As for gameplay content, I've finished Levels 1-3, the Horde Mode, 4 out of 10 boss fights, DPS Dummy and the Harry 1v1 fight. There is still a lot of work to do, but I'm confident that nothing stands in the way of a release in summer 2024.

Your Job is to deliver Pancakes to Pembrook's Manor, but to get there, you must defeat thousands of monsters with your food based weaponry and face off against bullet hell bosses each with their own unique mechanics.

Pancake Patrol combines fighting against bullet hell bosses with being the bullet hell in a pancake themed roguelite setting. Get ready to fight your way through hordes of monsters and fearsome bosses.
Unlock and combine new food based weapons, like the beautiful Whip(ped) Cream and the devastating Maple Syrup Tornado and abilities like the Sugar Rush and many more to reach your goal.

Three different Game Modes

Fight your way through 3 different game modes:
Stage Mode, Horde Mode and the high adrenalin Boss Rush mode!

Crank up the difficulty

Still too easy? Crank up the difficulty by increasing the amount of enemies and their toughness again and again and again!

We are currently in a closed beta status with the following available features:
  • 5 playable characters, including Snowflake, Bob's trusted dog and best pal!
  • Boss Rush with 3 Bosses
  • Level 1 of Stage Mode
