We did it! Why is reaching 10 reviews so important?

Thank you to everyone who has left a review for Whispers of an Elven Captor so far. Getting to 10 reviews is the first milestone that we are aiming for. The first 10 reviews are very important as there is a big visibility boost by Steam when that number is reached. I'm hoping that we get there (Edit: We did!). It has to be from paying players though - curators and free keys do not count. Why your first 10 reviews are the most important In other news I have been working on a sequel to this game, though with different characters but much bigger in scope. Whispers of an Elven Captor is now available

I am happy to announce that Whispers of an Elven Captor is now available. I would like to thank the curators who have left reviews of the game, as well as everyone who has added the game to their wishlist. It has been very motivating for me. This is now my second game I have released on Steam and I have tried to apply what I learned during my first experience to this game. I hope you enjoy playing the game so please leave a review letting me know your thoughts and feedback. I have already started work on my third game which will be set in the same universe as this game, and I hope to have the store page up in the coming weeks. Upcoming release

The planned release of Whispers of an Elven Captor is now less than a day away and I just wanted to let everyone know that the release is still on schedule. I have made some last minute changes to the build based upon some feedback by curators - mostly typo fixes but I have also added a replay function for certain scenes. I hope everyone enjoys the game. Whispers of an Elven Captor is an erotic adult visual novel set in a medieval fantasy realm. You're a captive human, confined in a castle dungeon, interrogated by the enigmatic elven woman, Ayelith. She is driven by an insatiable desire to prove her mettle to her superiors and safeguard her kingdom from unseen threats. However, your reluctance to divulge critical information frustrates her and her desperation leads her to accept your offer, one question answered for another. The questions you ask are of a deeply sexual nature and at first, Ayelith staunchly adheres to the conventions of elven culture, refusing to openly discuss matters of sexuality. Over time, she lets go of her reservations, and your offer escalates as you require ever increasingly sexually explicit acts.

Whispers of an Elven Captor is a short, linear visual novel. There are choices in the game but they mainly determine the order in which scenes are viewed. None of the sexually scenes are optional as it wouldn't make sense in the context of the game. The sexual acts displayed in this game are handjob, footjob, titjob, blowjob, vaginal sex, and anal sex. You will see all of these in a single playthrough and they are non-skippable. All scenes are consensual and occur between a human male and elven female.

The renders are mostly sprite-based and the entire game is set within a single location. The sexually explicit scenes are fully rendered as can be seen within the screenshots. The game is very dialogue heavy and around 80% of the text is purely dialogue between characters. The game is intended to be a slow burn so expect it to start off fairly tame but over time more sexually explicit scenes will occur. This is meant to simulate the sexually restrained elven culture that Ayelith is from so she won't simply jump into bed with you straight away. The game has been priced accordingly based upon the above information.
